Democracy House in partnership with GNRC South Asia and the Institute of Governance and Development has conducted a workshop titled “Learning to live Together”. The workshop which was conducted in Bandos Island Resort from 3rd-5th May 2012 was attended by 20 youth aged between 15-18 years. The main aim of the workshop is to create dialogue among Maldivian youth about issues faced by them following political unrests and other social problems in the country and how it affects them. The workshop also aims to promote tolerance and the importance of respecting each other and learning to live together despite individual differences in order to create a harmonious society.
